The Portland Kids Duathlon, is presented by Benchmark Real Estate, a locally owned and operated agency that gives back to the Greater Portland community through numerous volunteer and sponsorship activities.
About Benchmark: Benchmark Real Estate has provided residential and commercial real estate services for over 15 years. Benchmark is known for its commitment to local non-profits through its own sponsorships, donations, and charity events. Owner Tom Landry and his wife Amy have been avid multi-sport enthusiasts for many years. Their daughter watched them train for years, coming along for training runs in the stroller and cheering from the sidelines. Too young to race, she often asked them to set up special multi-sport race courses just for her in their neighborhood. Tom and Amy founded Portland’s first kid’s duathlon for her and other local children with a love for sports.
